Great book with a wide variety of Pie fillings i havent seen in other books. Tries to be different and if you're like me (a bit of a cookbook hoarder) this is good. Away from the basic crusts and fillings there are a few different pastries and fillings that i believe are worth the purchase alone. The chilli polenta crust with the mexican chicken filling being a favourite (made on sunday). Simple and quick to cook while being partically tasty. All in all a great pie book and would recommend even if you have others such as piemaster or the one by the hairy bikers simply for its different fillings not found in your usual collection. --Mr. Leon
