I hired PINCH for an event over the summer and was so impressed with their work that I was eager to see more of their beautiful and delicious food designs! Upon opening the book I was happy to find that it also contains lots of DIY ideas for the layman like me. I am a foodie and I love food but I'm terrible at preparation however with the holidays approaching I am sure I will weather these pages. This would also be a great gift! Good work TJ and Bob!-Helen

This is a nice book but more written for folks who host parties. The graphics are lovely and I am sure it will allow those planning wedding parties, graduation or business parties to provide selections that are new, tasty and chic.-Susan
