I hired PINCH for an event over the summer and was so impressed with their work that I was eager to see more of their beautiful and delicious food designs! Upon opening the book I was happy to find that it also contains lots of DIY ideas for the layman like me. This is a nice book but more written for folks who host parties. The graphics are lovely and I am sure it will allow those planning wedding parties, graduation or business parties to provide selections that are new, tasty and chic.-Susan
