Un ouvrage assez petit en format mais au riche contenu. La première partie est une présentation géographique, les méthodes de cuisson sont évoquées, suivie d'une liste d'ingrédients, puis viennent les recettes. Les instructions sont claires et les photographies superbes... Pas seulement la nourriture mais les plats, voire les tables, la présentation est très étudiée et ça donne clairement faim! On regrette que l'ouvrage ne soit pas plus long :) -Bobokal
