Tom Fitzmorris's New Orleans Food
Tom Fitzmorris's New Orleans Food |
Presently Fitzmorris is invigorating his top of the line cookbook New Orleans Food. The book includes the entirety of the most loved plans, saturated with the town's Creole and Cajun customs, yet is refreshed to incorporate a 16-page shading embed with stunning food photography and a refreshed presentation. From little plates (Shrimp Rémoulade with Two Sauces) to fundamental courses (Redfish Herbsaint, Creole Lamb Shanks) to pastries and beverages (Bananas Foster, Beignets, and Café au Lait), these dishes are rich and easygoing, conventional, and developed.
I bought this cookbook for my Hubby about four months ago. (He does most of the cooking, it is a trick I learned many years ago from my Dad - If you want to get out of doing something, do it really bad and pretend like you do not know how! LOL It works! ). He cooks from this cookbook atleast twice a week. Everything that he has cooked, so far, has been absolutely delicious!!! I gave him two other cookbooks at the same time but Tom Fitzmorris's cookbook by far is his favorite & mine! Ssshh, don't forget our secret & buy them this cookbook - you both will be amazed of the fine dining quality food that is cooked from this book! --Meme
My husband enjoys his radio show. Tom Fitzmorris is serious about his food. The recipes included are the real deal. Everything is amazing but keep in mind there are no quick and easy short cut recipes! If you are looking for authentic New Orleans recipes and don't mind putting the work in this is one of the best out there! --Randyl
There has never been a recipe I made from this that I did not like. Even the basics like marinara sauce are the best. --Sandra
