One of the best Indian cookbooks I've come across! I bought the book because I follow the author on Instagram and have loved her feed. I've made several dishes from the book and each one came out perfect ' The Nalli Gosht (spiced lamb shanks) with 5 minute Naan was Easter dinner at my house, just perfect. Kandhari Murgh Tikka was delicious and I served it with Parathas, yum!! My husband's favorite so far has been the Malyali Kozhi Biryani (Southern Indian Chicken Biryani) --Jsmith
