I’ve followed Claudia’s newsletter for a while. I’m so glad this book is out. For one thing the recipes are accurate, something that is not always true in the the other books I have. The pictures are great and the whole look is inviting. They are easy to follow, the layout is very clear, and her short asides useful not fluff stuff. Its my go to now for my low lectin living, but the recipes are just plain good anyway you want to eat. -C.C.C
