Good mix of standard flavors and interesting new versions to try. Jeremy gives great instructions for several methods of soda making. Includes making syrups, forced carbonation and the original way using natural fermentation. I personally like using 2 liter bottles with a carbonation cap & paintball CO2 tank. The recipes were flexible enough to adapt to this method since the author explains how to calculate recipes for your taste or recipe size. This book is a great follow up to his soda blog in more kitchen friendly format. --Kwen

his is a comprehensive book on home soda making. It covers the science and technique of several carbonation methods very well. The recipes are on the more inventive side -even the cola recipe requires lavendar flowers-and some that you'd have to be very adventurous to try, like green pepper. My favorite is the coconut lime. --Kris

An excellent book highly enjoyed it! --Rose Pusky
