We really enjoy this book. I brought the book largely for my wife, as I missed certain tastes of home Irish cooking. And it’s proved very good indeed, the images are very aiding and ingredients easy to find. Cook / bake instructions are easy. Really worth buying especially if your trying to bring a little of your culture home to a partner that might not have been raised in Ireland. --Adam
Although the recipes are just the BEST = I have one major complaint !! I "also" purchased the book IRISH PUB COOKING..... NOWHERE ABSOLUTELY " no where" did they say they were the SAME book just different names ..... I feel this is just plain WRONG for someone to take advantage of customers.. --Antoinette
Christmas present for aunt, she is loving the recipes reminds her of home and the grandkids have asked if she could make some meals for them out of it. --Claire Bacon
