A supplied cooler is a bustling cook's best friend―frozen fixings are the way in to a snappy and flavorful supper.
Make your cooler work for you. On the off chance that you purchase food supplies in mass, find how to separate your buys into usable, littler servings that you can freeze and fuse into dishes for some other time. In the event that you love to get your organic products, vegetables, meat, and more from a ranchers' market, however make some hard memories eating everything before it ruins, figure out how to freeze your produce yourself or get ready suppers to freeze. What's more, on the off chance that you need even more a shortcut, buy solidified fixings to use for plans like these:
- Meat Pot Pie with Peas, Carrots, and Pearl Onions (from the cooler: piecrust, hamburger, vegetables)
- Corn Cakes with Pulled Pork and Cherry Salsa (from the cooler: pulled pork, fruits, make-ahead corn flapjacks)
- Angler's Stew (from the cooler: fish filets, shrimp, scallops, vegetables, fish stock)
- Peach-Blueberry Cobbler (from the cooler: natural product, either purchased or arranged from new)
This is cooler to-table cooking at its best.

This book has got you completely covered with every trick and technique to freeze your produce and minimize waste, as well as how to use it in your meals. There's an abundance of meals to make life so much easier -- I highly recommend this book!-Marcie
We usually don't consider freezing food because we prefer to eat it 'fresh.' But this cookbook has inspired us to consider doing more freezer meals (especially since we travel so much and don't always want to grocery store as soon as we get home). There are also several recipes which help food freshness last longer and the recipes are all very healthy which we love!-M.N
This cookbook is a godsend for fresh, from-scratch cooking for the busy professional or family. I usually cook for 1-2 people, and while I’d love to spend hours cooking each meal fresh (yes, that’s sarcasm), it’s not realistic with my schedule. Cooking once and eating the same meal all week? That got old after college. Enter: Fast to the Table Freezer Cookbook. What’s in it? Recipes for yummy, freezable sauces (made only once to cook 6+ meals for 4, or if you’re cooking for 1-2, just freeze smaller portions), recipes for make-ahead meals (nope, not just casseroles!), and a TON of great tips on freezing fresh fruits, veggies and meats for a quick stir fry, side or dessert. A day or two of prep and my freezer is full of from-scratch meals for weeks—food I’ve prepared myself, so I know what’s in it, that can be cooked quickly after a long work day (when I’m a mix of hunger and exhaustion and take out is calling my name). A-mazing. I can also take advantage of good sales on fresh veggies now that I know how to freeze them myself, and I waste very little produce because if I don’t get it used up I just blanch and freeze for later (cauliflower, anyone?!). I only wish I’d discovered this cookbook sooner!-Mc H
