Good Fat Cooking is an awesome book!! My mouth waters just browsing the pages, seeing the array of recipes and scrumptious-looking pictures that accompany them. Franklin's recipes are unique and creative. He's a chef after my own heart, throwing in jalapenos when you least expect and hints of special ingredients, such as honey, lime, cayenne, and sriracha. I've had the honor to have sampled a super healthy and delicious meal made by Franklin himself and can vouch that his ideas on food come fully to life with each bite. His recipes are health conscious, affordable, and super simple to make on your own!! I recommend this book to all!-Ilana
Franklin Becker is an awesome chef!!! Love this cookbook, the most delicious recipes & so simple to follow!!! I made 4 different dishes from 'good fat cooking' for my guests at Thanksgiving which were all big hits for my "foodie" crowd & (not much leftovers) which says it all!! Go visit the Little Beet & the Little Beet Table-you are in for a treat!!! Yum!!! Hats off to the chef!!! :)-Eric G.
