Another age of wine pundits share inside and out data on today’s wines, moving ceaselessly from the already held view that topography alone decides a wine’s quality, talking about present day wine areas, wineries, and their items.

My boyfriend is a sommelier studying for his next exam, so I like to surprise him with new wine books every now and again. This is a great book (from what he's told me) and he references it regularly. I'd say it's in his top 10 books that he uses to study with, with the Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia ranking #1. But this book is right alongside it, sitting on his desk, with notecards sticking out of it, marking various wines and regions! If you're a somewhat advanced wine drinker, or studying for a sommelier exam, I'd recommend purchasing it. If you're a casual wine drinker looking to brush up on knowledge, it might be a little daunting. The book arrived extremely quickly and in perfect condition.-Lalalaura

I bought this book for a good friend. New, it was more than I could afford, but used made this a bargain. The book arrived in perfect condition. There was marking, showing that it was a used book, but the content was fine. My friend is thrilled. -Madewon Louis
