I love this cookbook! I've made over a dozen recipes from it so far and every one has been a hit! I'm typically cooking for 1-2, and having a book full of recipes that I don't have to commit to for a week has been great. The recipes also scale nicely - I've taken a couple from the first section and made x1.5 in order to use a a whole pack of meat and they still come out great! The seasonal swaps are nice as well - I love how flexible it makes the recipes. The recipes are very straightforward, easy to read through, and easy to find the ingredients for at the grocery store. Awesome cookbook. I've been subscribing to Plated for the last few months and enjoy their recipes, so I decided to try the cook book. I love fine dining and appreciate the recreation of that in a simplified manner for nightly dinners. I have a family with two toddlers, so I don't have time to be all fancy, but these kind of recipes make it possible to create something delicious and different without all the fuss. I love that it inclides cocktails, a thanksgiving menu, dinner party menu, and make ahead items. Seems to cover all the bases. --Lauren
