About the Author
Anna Hansen worked at Fergus Henderson's French House Restaurant before taking up the role of pastry chef at Peter Gordon's Soho restaurant, Sugar Club. Two years later she launched the award-winning Providores and Tapa Room. Anna opened her first solo venture, the Modern Pantry, in 2008 to rave reviews. She also acted as consultant chef to the award-winning, Michelin-starred New York restaurant Public.
