Being a longtime lover of Dukes Mayonnaise as soon as I heard of this cookbook I knew I had to check it out. I found the Smoked Gouda, Cheddar and Parmesan Mac and cheese recipe online and made it. So yummy I decided to get the cookbook. I have already tried the Secret Ingredient Scrambled Eggs. I loved them on a slice of bread topped with sliced tomatoes. Daughter and grandson made the Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies and they were a hit too. I have so many more recipes marked to try. My family is in for some delicious meals from this book. It's also fun to read Ashley's notes and several special pages called Chef's Spiel from southern chefs who also love Dukes Mayonnaise. The cookbook is a joy to read with chef’s stories and snippets from Ashley’s life and travels. There are also beautiful illustrations and photography. This cookbook would make a great gift!
