Lorraine Pascale’s Fast, Fresh and Easy Food |
The country's number one TV culinary expert and cookery creator Lorraine Pascale gets back with 100 pristine mouth-watering plans that are brilliantly snappy and simple to make and overflowing with new fixings.
Lorraine's third wonderful cookery book is pressed with flavorful and rousing suppers, each with its own photo and many having their own individual corresponding side dish. The book will be delivered to harmonize with Lorraine's BBC2 ideal time 6-section cookery arrangement.
So whether you need to simply snatch a spoon and make a plunge solo to a wanton pastry like Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries, or whether you're assembling a group satisfying menu of French Onion and Sage Soup with Big Fat Gruyère and Mustard Croutons followed by Moroccan Pesto Fish with Caramelized Onion and Haricot Beans with Minty Pine Nut Couscous for a fun and loosened up night in with companions without the whine, Lorraine exhibits how to easily pull off flavorful food that is a delight to eat.
Make soften in-the-mouth fish, fragrant curries and generous soups injected with spices constantly, prepare wicked sweets, energetic plates of mixed greens and fast pasta dishes in minutes and make dazzling delicious steaks with 2012's sovereign of cookery.
The title says it all. The recipes are fast, you don't need to spend hours cooking in the kitchen to get delicious food. Easy, yes even my husband has tried some of the recipes and he hates cooking. And let's not forget fresh, there are no *almost homemade* recipes here. You don't need a specific sauce to make a recipe, you do it from scratch quickly. Fresh food means no nasty chemicals or additives to your food which is SO much better for your family. --E.T
Lorraine's special touch with food presentation always amazes. As with her TV shows, they are beautiful, creative, and delicious. My book was written in metric measurements, but that is fine. Time for me to learn how to read a conversion chart. There is another printing of this book, Everyday Easy, which I also ordered!! I have enjoyed the slight difference in expressions from British to American. --Carol Mefford
I love Lorraine and was happy to find the book. The recipes are not for beginners which is exactly what I was looking for. Will enjoy this book. --Teresa
