Just received my issue of this cookbook today and have already read through the entire book!! Super recipes, but more special is all the extra info about the Bigger Bolder Baking adventure, all about Gemma and how she started in the food industry, and especially fun is all the history behind the way she cooks, special family food memories, etc. Great book. We already see so many recipes we can't wait to try. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to bake, no matter their experience. What a fun and informative cookbook. I have been following Gemma for awhile. I have been baking since i was 13 and worked in a bakery for 15 years.i love her recipes and will be making many of them for the upcoming family reunion in July..her buttery almond breakfast pastry will be my first this week, looks amazing in the cookbook and her microwave cake in a cup is awesome, I have made that many times...and for you beginners this would be a perfect book.-Janet
