This little book is my go to for what to put in tortillas or serve with them - helps me decide how to put a meal together. I can now make my own black or pinto beans and red rice that my family really enjoys. I particularly like the recipe for slightly spicy shredded chicken and chicken broth - they are wonderful for enchiladas, quesadillas, and nachos.-MsChris
Amazing recipes included in this books. Have already tried several to great result (except the tortillaa so far but that os more my tortilla presses fault than the books!) The pork carnitas recipe is AMAZING. -Madison Thomer
