I got this cookbook as a Christmas present. They categorize the book by each country and different dishes made there in Asia. The items called for in the recipes are ones I have never heard of before, but was able to find them in a local Asian shop and anything else left was what I purchased online. It was a great gift, the receiver absolutely loves it. I would recommend if it is a gift to maybe include one or two of the ingredients commonly used in the book so they don't have to worry about trying to find it.-Katie
my adventuresome son appreciates Asian cooking and will poke his nose into this recipe book to experiment recipes for the familyIt is an attractively easy to follow book. That I’m certain he will treasure.-Sarah KJ
