Recipes are easier than those in "Mozza", but still involve a reasonable amount of attention and involvement; these are not 30 minute, one pot meals. However, the recipes I have made have been wonderful and enjoyed by all.-MDL San Diego
I have Nancy Silverton's other Mozza cookbook which is a total winner, haven't made a bad recipe, but they are pretty much very lengthy and involved recipes, however, totally worth it when company start taking their first bites. When I saw Mozza at Home, I had to grab it right away. I have only made 3 recipes so far, and even though they aren't incredibly complex or lengthy, they have been delicious and can't wait to crank out a few more.-MarLan
I think this cookbook is great. I made the chicken dish with pickled peppers. Amazing. I would give it 5 stars.-Pasquini
