I have cooked many of these recipes over the almost two years I have owned it and have not had a "miss". The recipes are well written, easy to follow, and have great flavor profiles. The Spicy Tomato Crumble is a balance of heat and sweet with a touch of salty from capers and black olives. The Curried Vegetable Pot Pie with currents and figs fills your kitchen with warm Mediterranean spices. The Portobello Rosemary and Shallot Cream Clafouti is company worthy. The Chili Cheese Bread with Cheddar Topping is a great game day snack for kids of all ages. I have also made scones, muffins, tarts, soufflés, and quiche from the book. Vegetables take the lead in many recipes but salmon, chicken, bacon, ham, and shrimp are some of the proteins that also make a flavor appearance. These are very good recipes. --Gingeral
