Never dumbed down, recipes are solid ( Do yourself and get a digital scale to do them justice, scales are cheap and worth it) . Plenty of photos and knowledge and soul are imparted.

This is a beautifully done book with great layout, photography and recipes. Became fascinated by Chef Jordi from (s4 e3) Chef's Table on Netflix and this is a great deep dive into this work.
