Excellent book with amazing information for the culinary professional or consummate foodie. This is not a particularly light read. If you're a restaurateur, chef, bartender or other hospitality professional, this is definitely next level thoughtfulness. You shouldn't expect to replicate el Bulli or Fat Duck, but take some of the amazing lessons and look at the guest experience with new eyes. --Sickways
Love, love, love this book. Whether you are a foodie, a person interested in the science of the senses, immersive experiences, or, if you just want to get out of your comfort zone and read something that will make your imagination flow and give you a new hobby or interest, must buy, must read. --Mariana
I love this type of book ....but I'm a geek. The print was uncomfortably small for my aging eyeballs but the content is excellent if you are someone who is interested in the psychology of food research. --Deborah
