Now I did get this book for free in exchange for an honest review and it couldn't have come at a better time! I've been wanting to stock up on good cookbooks because I'm trying new things and wanting to eat healthier where I can. This has some great recipes! Some of the few I've tried and loved are: Smokey Cheese Sticks, Winelands Country-Style Farm Loaf, Roasted Tomato Soup with Garlic and Thyme, and Butternut and Three-Chesse Ravioli with Brown Butter and Crispy Sage. There are still quite a few that I want to try! The photos make even the few recipes that don't sound good to me look delicious! For the health buffs out there, you can still found something great in this book! But not going to lie, my favorites are the bread. I'm a bread girl! Though sadly bread doesn't love me the way I love it. Still, there's something for everyone in here. Even beginners, the instructions are easy to follow and laid out plainly. So if you love to cook and are looking for another great cookbook to add to your collection, get this one! --The Butterfly Reader
A book full of simple delicious recipes with a Mediterranean influence. I’ve cooked several of them already and they’ve all worked out perfectly. Tasha Seccombe’s photos are beautiful- I’ll guarantee your mouth will water just reading through the book. --Nicola M.
