Ok cookbook. Lot's of good ideas but requires multiple page jumps to get the various components of the recipe. I am an avid cookbook collector and this one just did not WOW me.-Ripzy
The recipes included in the book go from extremely basic (specific steps to cooking different egg styles/temperatures), sauces, and progresses on to more elaborate dishes. Even then, the dishes go from simple to very complex. This cookbook quickly became one of my favorites! The style in which it's written and the photography is stunning. Almost makes me want to eat the pages...-Moon Silver
The cookbook is nice. I love egg, so I got the book on Prime Day, just for that reason. But the recipes are top notch. I really enjoy the pictures within the book and the recipes. They make you want to drop everything and cook. This cookbook is also well published and organized, everything is explained well. It's not only egg/egg based recipes either. The book is sectioned by type of food. I can't wait to finally cook one of these recipes. -Dorcas O.
