The niece got some great recipes from this book. I rarely have enjoyed being a guinea pig this much. The savory waffles are the most surprisingly delicious entrants.-Tristan

Great book giving lots of ideas for some unusual but tasty waffles. The recipes tend to make about 4 large waffles so there is a bit of adjustment necessary for just 1 or 2 people but on the whole a nice book - out goes the January diet!-Amanda123
