I’ve been looking for the right Korean cooking book and now I found it.“Korean Cooking Favorites” written by Hyegyoung K.Ford shows the real and delicious Korean foods. I trusted and tried all of her recipes from her blog for years. Now this is even better in print and I can keep this book. Each recipe is very clear and easy to follow and has a picture so I have a reference for the look and taste. I cannot wait to try all these recipes, and for today’s dinner I just pulled out the chicken to try Crispy Korean Chicken Nuggets. If you love Korean food, this book will be a great guide for you. -Joe Lee
I love how simple her recipes in this cook book. I made restaurant-style beef soybean paste stew for cold days in Colorado and it was REALLY GOOD! Perfect for the chilly season. It was very easy to follow and it took only 20 min to prepare and cook my dinner. Simple and easy yet healthy with lots of vegetables. I like the fact that I can learn from COOK’S TIP how to make the flavor better as well. I am very excited to try different Korean dishes with this recipe book. Love it! -Frank Tevino
I love her blog and her recipes, so I ordered this book as soon as I heard about preorder. Yes! These recipes are so authentic, but also right enough tamed for non Korean's palate as well. I had been in Andong for highschool right around the time of Andong Jjimdack became so popular, so I know how original Andong Jjimdack taste supposed to be. I just cooked it for dinner, and was so impressed with layers of flavor. It was little less salty, but all of flavor was right there. My husband is also so excited to have this book that he actually can use it practically. -Sun Jeong Kim
