If you really want to make great bread please get Richard’s book, he makes the whole process so understandable, I’ve been baking bread this entire week!! See all of his books they are now my bibles. I first discovered Richard Bertinet on YouTube and decided I had to have his book!! Great easy to follow instructions and wonderful pictures. A "must have" for any level baker.-J.C
