For many people with an autoimmune disease, food and diet are the very last things we want to change. We live without so much, have given up so much, that it can feel like food is the only thing left. I was no different. However, while all else (including medication, exercise, supplements and sleep) provided some relief, it still felt like I was missing something. I received this book about 2 weeks ago, and tried 4-5 recipes. So far, everything came out wonderfully tasty and beautiful.This book is a great asset to those of us that decided to follow the more restrictive version of Paleo, The Autoimmune Protocol.This book is definitely worth the money, despite being printed on somewhat cheap paper. I appreciated the chapter describing the exotic pantry ingredients, like Tigernut flour.-Nursebettyknitting 
I've had it two days and have already made three recipes. All three of which were delicious. Simple is the operative word here. The ingredients are things anyone on the AIP would have in their kitchen and pantry, so I am able to just look up a recipe, and whip it up. I love that every recipe has a photo of the dish.This book is a delight, and I am certain to be making many more of the recipes.-Melissa
