This cookbook is great! It has so many interesting recipes. I use it almost every morning and never have to repeat a recipe. This is a great starter book for smoothie bowls. Gives you some good recipes but also outlines what foods are good for what ails you so you can customize. After using it for awhile, you'll be prepared to create your own designs. -Annette 
I tried some of the recipes already and I like the results. Some smoothies are not as thick as I thought they will be. You could pour the ones that are not so thick into a glass. The combinations were tasty and ingredients are simple. You can skip some. Most ingredients are probably in your cupboard, fridge or freezer already.
