My dad is really into cooking and loves spicy food so I got him this for Christmas. He loves it! The recipes are easy to follow and it has a wide range from very spicy to pretty mild. And its not just a cookbook for hot sauce! It has a lot of hot sauce recipes but it had food recipes that use them as well as just spicy food recipes. If you like hot food and cooking worth the buy for sure. -Lizz
Mr. Walsh’s best book is the one devoted to Chili. This is his second best. The sauces and entree’s are all worthy and fairly easy to execute. His oven wing suggestion has become my standard as I try and cut back a little on the saturated fats. Tasty stuff. -Next Chef
My son loves to cook and make spicy food so this was a great book to get as a gift to go with his hot pepper seeds. He was already looking at recipes and talking about them over dinner.-Gloria A
