I like the depth and breadth of the recipes in this book and the way that the essential flavors of several distinct culinary traditions are explored throughout. Generally, the recipes pull together well. I would suggest in the future a glossary or list of ingredients that is alphabetical. --Ivory
This is a really fun book of salads from all over Asia. She’s got dishes inspired by recipes from Vietnam, China, Korea, Thailand, and India, and a lot of the recipes mention the origin down in the section marked tip below the recipes. The range is terrific! Delicious, healthy, beautiful, and interesting! Totally recommend! --Jennifer Guerrero
