Working full-time and having a one-year-old at home, I want to cook meals for our whole family that are not too challenging, relatively quick to make, and healthy. I found the recipe names incredibly intimidating--and then I tried them, and I was so pleasantly surprised! These were not too tricky to make, as the instructions are clear and pictures are helpful. (I have tried about ten of them so far.) More importantly, it's making it easy for me to feed my family whole foods, teach my son to eat veggies and fruits, and even trick my husband into eating healthy, too. I have many cookbooks in this "feeding babies and adults simultaneously" genre, and this is the only one I would buy for a friend. --Lauren
