This is an absolutely awesome collection of sauces for anything you are preparing. It’s wonderfully laid out and it features a table of all the sauces and how each sauce might be used to compliment fish, meat, vegetables, pasta or desserts. I tried out the three chili and garlic butter sauce to pair with some Alaska King crab, and that combination was tremendous. Tonight, I'm going to try the curry clarified butter sauce with some homemade spaetzle. The layout is easy to follow, and the pictures will make your mouth water. I know this book is a great addition to my collection, and it’s going to get used quite often as there are a lot of great sauces to try and I’ve got a lot of ideas yet to try out! --Plotdog
The five stars may be a bit over the top considering I haven’t cooked any of the recipes. But I just got the book this morning and read it cover to cover, certainly not that deeply, but enough to know that from my experience she really has put together some really useful sauces that don’t look ridiculously complicated and I can’t wait to use them add to my dinner Repertoire. --A Gift For You
Such a beautiful book with practical and fun recipes. We tried the turmeric coconut one and it was simple and delicious! Lovely! --MB
