About the Author
Dror Pilz has been grilling and smoking meat, fish, and more for over 20 years. He is head of the food division of Israel’s largest importer and distributor of food and agriculture products. As part of his job, and for the pure love of food, Dror travels extensively all over the world, looking for new grill recipes and techniques. He has appeared on numerous TV culinary shows, as well as contributed articles and recipes to food magazines. He regularly conducts grilling and smoking workshops on his estate near Tel Aviv.

Mr. Pilz starts by describing the different grills to help you choose the one best suited to help you produce some fantastic food for you, your family and friends. He goes on to tell you what to keep in your pantry to always be prepared to fire up the grill or smoker. Now is when we get to the really good stuff, recipes, recipes and more recipes. There are recipes for every meal including breakfast, marinades, sandwiches, eggs and pancakes. Cajun Corn on the Cob which I can attest to is delicious. Summer may not be here yet but spring is and I am past ready to light up my grill. I may not be able to eat the seafood but the rest of my family can and since I love kabobs I made the jumbo shrimp ginger sauce and the Old World Pork Kabobs. Add some grilled Vegetables and nice fresh salad and you are ready to tickle your taste buds.With a variety of easy to follow recipes and some quality foods you will soon be the grill master of the neighborhood. -Delanne
