Here is the cookbook we have been waiting for! Hot Cheese is everything promised on its cover; Gooey, Oozy, Melty Goodness. Is there any food more comforting and enticing than cheese? Here you will find everything from finger foods, to main dishes and delicious sides all incorporating cheese! One of my favorites is the Asparagus, Taleggio and Preserved Lemon Tart. So easy! I tried it first because I had a jar of left over preserved lemons from another dish and I did not know what I was going to do with them - this dish is awesome. The next one I am going for is Dill Havarti Tuna Melt - genius! --Nancy. K
I love this cookbook! I have made the stuffed pork tenderloin, the gratin, the hassleback potatoes and the zucchini fritters and all four recipes came out perfectly and were absolutely delicious! They are so many more recipes I want to try -- the book is really well-written and all the recipes are just great! I highly recommend this book - you will use it! --Schulman
Can't believe I went my entire life without having a cookbook on the best type of food known to humans. Polina's writing style is relatable and makes cooking fun, containing fun tid-bits from her life and what led her to add each recipe to the book. If you think you have reached your ceiling on cheese, think again and buy this book. --Sam
